ASSASSIN'S CREED UNITY BEATS BLACK FLAG'S LAUNCH IN UK

Data released by Chart-Track reveals that while Call of Duty: Advanced Warfareremains at the top spot of the chart, beating Unity by 16,000 despite sales dropping 77 percent from last week, Ubisoft's latest adventure still had a more successful launch than Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag.
When Black Flag released on PS3 and Xbox 360, those consoles had a much larger install base than the PS4 and Xbox One currently do. Despite this, Unity managed to trump its predecessor with 52 percent of sales happening on PS4, 46 percent on Xbox One and two percent on PC. It's worth noting that Chart-Track doesn't record download sales.
This year's PS3 and Xbox 360-focused entry in the franchise, Assassin's Creed Rogue, entered the chart in sixth position. Interestingly, combined sales of Unity and Rogue surpasses the number of copies sold by Call of Duty this week.
Other key titles in the top 10 include Halo: The Master Chief Collection, which nabbed the third spot and became the biggest launch for a Microsoft-published Xbox One title, while the Vita edition of Minecraft jumped into the seventh spot on the list, becoming the third-biggest debut title on Vita behind Uncharted: Golden Abyss and FIFA Football.
LEGO Batman: Beyond Gotham and PES 2015 took the fifth and eighth spots, respectively, while World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor debuts at nine andDestiny holds strong at ten. IGN Logo
